SEDALIA, Mo. - Missouri State Fair organizers are moving forward with preparations amid the pandemic. Organizers aren't yet sure what this year's fair will look like.
But organizers say they are in communication with state and local officials and health departments and are hoping to host the state fair this August.
Organizers say the safety of employees and fairgoers is their top priority. They expect to make a final decision regarding what the fair might look like, and if it will happen at all, by mid-June.
